CARLSBERG: 'Fan Academy'

To get fans behind the England team during UEFA Euro 2012, we created Fan Academy for Carlsberg — a campaign celebrating the often ridiculous, passionate and heroic lengths football fans go to in support of their country.

 

Built around humour, national obsession and real fan behaviour, the hero film became an instant online hit, generating 1.5 million+ YouTube views within its first few days and helping position Carlsberg at the heart of tournament conversation.

The campaign picked up creative recognition including a Bronze at Kinsale and Epica Awards recognition, while helping establish Fold7 as one of the UK’s most talked-about independent agencies.
