As Creative Director at The & Partnership on the News UK accounts Simon oversaw the creative output from the creative teams. This included campaigns from the THESUN.co.uk rebrand to the product pillars of THE SUN – TV Mag, Fabulous, Sun Bingo, Dream Team – as well as TalkSPORT and Virgin Radio... basically the whole of the newspapers marketing output across TV, print, OOH, digital and social channels...

THESUN.CO.UK: IT'S THESUN.CO.UK TIME

We were tasked with launching a new through-the-line campaign for The Sun, with the aim of driving traffic to thesun.co.uk. The campaign consisted of four films, directed by Richard Cantor, which launched during the Britain’s Got Talent Final, one of ITV's biggest primetime media buys, on Sunday June 5th. The full campaign rolled out via TV, digital video, OOH and social channels and was written to drive fame and consideration of thesun.co.uk, Britain’s first choice online destination for news, sport, and showbiz gossip.

A campaign inviting Bingo players to the world of The Sun Bingo community, a place to enjoy a rich world of Bingo entertainment... The 'are you going to Bingo?' campaign rolled out across all media channels nationally. The campaign film was beautifully directed by Jamie Lane.
